I put it down the first time I tried to read it as it didn't seem to apply to me. I read it after having had auditing and was then able to understand it.

I LOVED L12. I found it very validating and gave me tremendous stability.

It is not so much about work, but about the people we work with. Has helpful data to understand some of the mysteries of why people act as they do. I found that it made me more tolerant.
