I have never actually been there so can't comment on the facility, but I have talked with John on several occasions and found him to be sincere and helpful. It is the exact opposite of a reg cycle. He answered my questions directly, promptly and with caring. Even when I decided not to go there, he did not pester me or force communication on me. If you are looking for a course room to help you, I highly recommend them.
