The book Dianetics 55! brought the subjects of Dianetics and Scientology together for the first time. Earlier, they had operated independently, with Dianetics addressing the first four dynamics and Scientology addressing dynamics five through eight. The foundation for both would henceforth become Communication and these lectures amplify the principles in Dianetics 55! Years later, Ron would term Communication the great discovery of Dianetics and Scientology.
