Following the Freedom Congress, Ron began training auditors on the Training Drills so they could, in turn, train others. The cornerstone lectures in this series is Scientology and Effective Knowledge, which remains a stable datum for auditor training on TRs more than fifty years later. The operative principle was "DO IT!" and that is what produces results and auditors who can audit. In addition to demonstrations, Ron explained how and why the TRs work, as well as a variety of related topics including death, laughter, surprise and the anatomy of sleep.
