Randy started training as an auditor in 1970. He has audited and trained hundreds of people, is a Class VI auditor and Grad V Case Supervisor, in Pasadena, CA. He was a principal auditor and CS at Pasadena from 1977-1995, with experience before that in the Sea Org at Celebrity Centre under Yvonne, and later at missions.
Randy is delivering Life Repair, Auditing Repair, Ethics Repair for injustices, and auditing of the Expanded Grades and NED. I also do Clear sort-outs, for the many who have had this messed up in the Church. I apply only 100% Standard LRH tech.

Randy is also high toned and friendly and was more than generous with his time in answering my many questions about Scientology. He also let me borrow a number of his Red Volumes and noted the HCOBs that I may want to read to better understand the areas I was uncertain of. Finally, he was willing to audit me at my apartment.

Very Professional and Capable Auditor
Randy audited me on the TRs and Objectives, the Int Rundown, the Drug Rundown and Grade II. He is a very professional and capable auditor. I had had a number of good auditors while in the Church but Randy's auditing was on a much higher level than all of them. For example, I never felt in even the slightest way invalidated by him regardless of what came up in session. Instead, I always felt that he was rooting for me to confront and as-is my bank. Also, he handled the meter with a smoothness and confidence that can only come with many years of experience and dedication.

That was a very unselfish thing for him to do. if you have any experience
with the CO$; then I need say no more. I’m happy to say that I have started
this course with some very encouraging wins at the very beginning of the
co-audits that Randy found for me.
Randy also did do a couple of hours of repair auditing. I found him to be very
attentive and effective in this brief time. I look forward to working with him again
after completing my HQS course. As a side note, most of the repairs were on the
auditing I had received in the CO$. I have complete confidence in his skills as an
auditor.
