This course was discontinued for in the early 1980s despite it being an excellent course that really did teach invaluable technology. It was a co-audit that focused on a full range of Objective-style auditing and followed the Purification Rundown. The cover of the original course pack showed an Indian brave hunting with a bow and arrow to drive home the concept of survival. This course was later replaced by the TRs and Objectives Course which lacks the full range of Objective Processes that were included in the Survival Rundown such as a process that enabled one to span attention — look in two directions at the same time, very useful when driving or auditing — and therefore removed a great deal of potential gains.

I co-audited about 100 hours each way of this back around 1980. Looking back on it now, it was quite fun and good experience at auditing easy stuff to audit.

Pros
Easy to audit, and an easy way of getting and giving lots of auditing.

Guess it depends if you need or want several hundred hours of objectives.
