Assists are an interesting subject. I find them helpful but not magic. The three that I find the most useful are touch assists and nerve assists and locationals.

A locational can bring a person out of a funk by getting him look at things far away and gets him less introverted and I find it is easy to do and usually helps. Of these 3 assists I like this one the most. I really like doing this one on children to make them stop crying.

Touch assists and nerve assists get a person more in communication with his own body and in that way can reduce pain even if temporary. I do not think they are close to the help you can get from a chiropractor or acupunture but they are easy to do and safe and are a handy thing to try to help

They are all easy do and free, with no downside, to do well worth a try.
There are many more assists than these but these are very popular.
