CMO IXU Hot

The Commodores Messenger Org International Extension Unit is a branch of CMO International that is their execution arm forcing compliance in the LA area. They have some authority over the "Int" orgs at that level, including the Flag Bureau (Int Management Org or IMO) and Bridge Publications, etc. Below them they have a CMO PAC unit. This organization is bypassed almost continually (as all all of management) by David Miscavige executing through RTC and local RTC Representatives.
