A good book to directly apply auditing and a good starting point. But if you consider to start with a book of a more theoretical kind, you might rather consider "Science of survival" than this one.

This was the first book I read and for me it was a good introduction to the topic of the tonescale. I think it is a good starting point, since the tonescale is a basic principle in auditing. Reading this book made me think optimistic about my environment.
