Unique as the only Congress ever filmed, Ron describes in detail the parameters, freedoms and characteristics of the State of Clear. This is the most thorough layout of the state anywhere in Scientology. The discovery of a "magic button" that unlocked Clear is also announced: Help. This was to become a focal point of research because it unlocked cases that had never been auditable earlier. Help processing resolved valence problems, exteriorized cases and made case gains possible on cases that had heretofore not had any.
