Ron explained to Congress attendees that aberrations on the Third Dynamic were nothing more than the total irresponsibility of the First Dynamic, meaning that sane groups required sane individuals. From this he presented programs to assist others to rally around a survival cause as well as his discovery about the creation of mental image pictures. The effort of this Congress was to enable Scientologists to place Scientology three feet back of society's head.
