Check it out for yourself if you think you might be interested. Every religion has been attacked in its earlier stages and people can be particularly harsh. Also, look how many sects there are of the christian religion. All these sects had complaints, disagreements, etc and then went off and did their own thing.

Pros and Cons (optional)

Pros
The Church has a new building which is awesome. There are panels all over on the first floor where you walk around and look for yourself, watch short videos, etc, to find out what it is all about and different ways the church is active in society (you would be surprised for sure!), different types of services they offer, etc.
The policy is that no one is to interrupt or solicit you in any way -- you just walk around by yourself. If you request more info they will certainly help you.
So checking it out is pretty easy!
I have been a member for a long time and love what I have gotten out of Scientology.
I think it is important to realize some people dont like everything. Look at reviews of great movies you loved. Someone will say it totally sucked. So check it out for your self!!
