The Org once had about 80 staff members (in the 80ies), now there are about 8 (!) left, most of them part-timers.
I heard about an idea to bring the "unethical, passive field" into action: The idea was: Write them a letter, they have to choose to a) either come in to the org again and be active on lines, b) turn in their overt-write-up within a certain set of time or c) if a) and b) didn´t happen, declare them.
That time I personally had the chance to give them a better idea for "activating" the "unethical, passive field".
The biggest Free-Zone-Org in middle Europe, by the way, is, according to rumors, Ron´s Org in BERN. Guess where all the former Org staffers are now... (´m not part of any Ron´s Org!)
Conclusion: The service / real tech of LRH had been in such a way that it was driving out both the staffs AND the publics in the last years. I guess you will not find a lot of real good and life-changing service over there.
