I went to work for A.B.L.E. as I was told they were interested in doing something for the community and helping people off of drugs in the Narconon division. Their stated purpose is a world without drugs, crime or insanity. I left after approximately a year when I became aware of the fact that none of the money people were donating to help was kids off of drugs was being used for that. It was going straight to the Church of Scientology. Along with all of the other donations. Not only that, A.B.L.E. was taxing the Narconons financially and the Executive Director of Narconon International was forcing them to give up any extra cash they had above operating expenses. The Church of Scientology was actually profiting off of them, not supporting them. And with holding donations Church Members meant for Narconons and keeping it for themselves. I was told Chilloco, then the premier drug rehab center according to A.B.L.E., was unwittingly leased from corrupt Indian Chiefs who were up the their necks in illegal gambling and Child pornography. The Church had too much of an investment and was making too much money on donations to back out of the land/lease marriage. When the Executive Director of A.B.L.E., who was from South Africa, bragged that you could kill a man with your car and not even be questioned if you were white, I almost fell off my chair. A.B.L.E. is an income machine for the Church of Scientology and they are doing nothing but making money off of drug addicts and Church members that contribute. While taking hundreds of thousands of dollars a month in donations from members "for Chilloco" which never went to Chilloco, Chilloco was being called "an abortion" at the Flag Command Bureau by the top Sea Org executives. Most of the A.B.L.E staff, non Sea Org, were good people who had meant well. But once on board given a statistic of gross income, not helping anyone. Also once they went to work they were combined with Sea Org staff and expected to be treated the same in plain clothes and fit in. Most were not paid or delivered anything they were promised. Staff were hard to keep on as they were outside people and had to keep a roof over their head. If they complained they were get harassed and degraded as "money motivated". Many people with good intentions were abused and discarded as staff. Money Money Money was everybody's statistic. Not people off of drugs, not people taught to read. Criminon books were unaffordable to anyone actually in prison. So criminon staff got "donations" from public also for these and the Church began to profit off of inmates also. This organization sponges off of the ills of humanity and other people's misery all the while pretending to be taking some responsibility and complaining about what DB's this section of society comprises. They are not allowed in Organizations for service. So that tells you how much responsibility they are willing to take for a drug addict or criminal or former criminal. What is the purpose of A.B.L.E. ? Fraud. Embezzlement. I was unwittingly turned into a criminal by working there. I defrauded people out of hundreds of thousands of dollars in donations assuring them they were helping kids off of drugs. When I discovered what I had been involved in, I turned myself over to the F.B.I.. They wanted one witness. I called someone that had donated well over 100,000.00. I myself at that time was 30,000.00 in debt having funded various on the ground projects. When I told him what the deal was he paused. Then he said his wife and business partners were Scientologists and this would be a major inconvenient truth to share. He said he would forget the phone call and hung up. He knew if he said anything he would get squashed by the Church and he had important connections he did not want to lose with family. The conversation was on speaker phone and recorded at the F.B.I office. At that time I was told by the F.B.I. this is why they do not move forward on issues with the Church, and I was not the first person to show up there with a story, THAT MONTH!

It is really dismaying to read this, since I had thought that these Church affiliated betterment groups were really doing some good.
